On your arrival at the international airport in Delhi, you will be received by a representative of Holidays and Journeys and helped to check into your hotel. Relax and stay overnight at the hotel.

 
 

Morning tour of historic city of Old Delhi to include magnificent Red Fort, The Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, Chandani Chowk. Afternoon sightseeing in New Delhi to include Humayun’s Tomb, Bahai Temple, Qutub Minar and India gate. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 
 

Early morning after breakfast check-out hotel and depart for Jaipur. After lunch, proceed to visit Amber Fort and Palace and have a joy ride on an elephant. Set on a hill, Amber Fort was the capital of the princely state of Jaipur until 1728. Within the fort are Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors), and various marble palaces. After Amber, visit the famous Hawa Mahal, meaning the "Palace of Winds" and City Palace. Afternoon excursion to Jaigarh Fort, Nagargarh Forts and visit the Jantar Mantar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 
 

Early morning after breakfast check-out hotel and depart for Bundi. Where you can explore the Taragarh Fort, the Palace and the 84-pillared cenotaph. Thereafter, you will move for Bundi. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 
 

Early morning after breakfast check-out hotel and depart for Udaipur. Up on arrival at Udaipur check-in to the hotel . After refreshment half day city tour visit City Palace Museum and Jagdish Temple. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

 
 

Udaipur is the most romantic city in Rajasthan. With its hilltop fortresses, fairytale palaces and exotic legends and its urban and industrial centre, the city is proud of its heritage as a centre for performing arts, painting and crafts. Most of the marble palaces and fortification have now been transformed into palace hotels. Sightseeing of Udaipur include Jagdish temple, City palace museum, Bharatiya Lok Mandal, Sahelion Ki bari and Pratap memorial. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

 
 

After breakfast drive to Jodhpur. En-route, visit the RANAKPUR TEMPLES, dating back to the 15th century. 200 pillars, none of which are alike, support its 29 halls. The Temple abounds with intricate friezes and sculptures. Includes visits to two more Jain temples and the Temple of the Sun God with its erotic sculptures. Set at the edge of the Thar Desert, the imperial city of Jodhpur echoes with tales of antiquity in the emptiness of the desert. Once the capital of the Marwar state, it was founded in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha-chief of the Rathore clan of Rajputs who claimed to be descendants of Rama - the epic hero of the Ramayana. The massive 15th century AD Mehrangarh Fort looms on the top of a rocky hill, soaring 125 Mts. Above the plains. The city is encompassed by a high wall -10 km long with 8 gates and innumerable bastions. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

 
 

After breakfast sightseeing of Jodhpur, visit the Mehrangarh Fort which literally means “Majestic Fort”, located at the very centre of the city. There are, in all, three gates, each built to commemorate a particular victory, as well as to reinforce the fort. It has a collection of musical instruments, palanquins, furniture & cannons on the forts ramparts are well preserved. Jaswant Thada: Close to the fort complex lies this white marble cenotaph, built in 1899, in commemoration of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Rare portraits of Jodhpur rulers are, also, to be seen at Jaswant Thada. Also visit the Clock Tower – the city centre. Overnight will be at Jaisalmer.

 
 

After breakfast, city tour of Jaisalmer. Visit the citadel – the Fort built by Rawal Jaisal where a fourth of the population lives. The fort also houses Jain temples of the 12th to 15th centuries, Patwon Ki Haveli – a five storey mansion with carved pillars & murals of Salim Singh. Also visit Gadisar, which had once supplied water to the city; the temples & archways around it have been built by a courtesan. Afternoon, excursion to Sam – 45 km away, is known for its sand dunes & is the venue for the Desert festival. Get the actual feel of the desert by enjoying a camel ride on the sand dunes and witness a magnificent sunset on the sand dunes. Return to Jaisalmer for overnight stay.

 
 

Bikaner- The royal fortified city with a timeless appeal. Lying in the north of the Desert State, the city is dotted with many sand dunes. Bikaner retains the medieval splendor that pervades the city`s lifestyle. More popularly called the camel country, the city is renowned for the best riding camels in the world. The ship of the desert is an inseparable part of life here. Be it pulling heavy carts, transporting grains or working on wells, camels are the prime helpers. The wells of Bikaner - an important source of water are other attractions of the city. These are built on high plinths with slender minaret towers on each of the Four Corners and can be noticed even from a distance. Relax in the evening. Overnight stay at Bikaner.

 
 

After breakfast, city tour of Bikaner - a desert town founded in 1488 by Rao Bikaji, a descendant of the founder of Jodhpur, Jodhaji. Visit the Junagarh Fort which was contructed between 1588 and 1593 by a general in the army of the Mughal Emperor, Akbar. The fort has a 986m long wall with 37 bastions and two entrances; Camel Breeding Farm, managed by government this camel breeding station is probably unique in Asia and has thousands of camels. Further drive down to Mandawa. Overnight.

 
 

After breakfast, visit Mandawa (Shekhawati region). This region came into prominence in the 14th century when a number of Muslim clans moved into the area and the towns of this region developed into important trading posts on the caravan routes emanating from the ports of Gujarat. This region is famous for painted Havelis (houses) most of which date back from the 18th century. After lunch drive to Delhi.
